Launch
Contact Us, and our team will coordinate and host an initial Discovery Workshop to understand your goals, non-goals, priorities, and to see if we're the right partner for you.
Our team drafts an outline for the project scope, working with your team to confirm understanding, align on estimated costs, and finalize the project timeline.
Kickoff- with a finalized initial project scope, our team will begin any additional detailed design sessions, and schedule development tasks.
Build
We prefer to work fast. We build in sprints (typically two weeks each), so you don’t have to wait for months before you see any tangible outcomes and use your data.
Interactive remote-first workshops with your team–involvement and inclusion helps us deliver efficiently, and leads to more usage and adoption down the line.
Sometimes, it’s hard to describe your vision—that’s why we create prototypes of our designs before development. This early review infuses flexibility, and makes it easy to adjust along the way.

Towards the end of each Sprint, we create overview documentation and training materials for everything we’ve delivered.
If needed, we will also conduct hands-on training sessions with your team–our goal is to help everyone understand their data, and make better decisions because of it.
